Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Consultations are to be paid in full prior to the consultation. Consultations are only confirmed once payment has been made via the online checkout. Once a consultation booking has been received, a consultation confirmation will be sent via email. A cancellation notice period of 24 hours is required to avoid being charged the FULL cost of your consultation.
