ARE WE COGNITIVELY STRETCHED?

The topic of a cognitive capability is discussed regularly in organisations, and homes. It seems we are always wanting to attain the best grades/best outcomes possible.

While we place a huge emphasis on strategies for optimal cognitive performance, we do not place enough emphasis on what is truly required to enhance our cognitive capability.

We need adequate levels of omega-3s to support proper blood flow in the brain. Brain imaging studies clearly indicate that higher blood flow in certain parts of the brain are linked with better performance for various cognitive tasks. This means we need FAT & PROTEIN for cognitive function. Without it, there is brain fog.

It only makes sense to acknowledge that what is placed into our body directly impacts our brain.

It's time to change the narrative about the best strategies to enhance cognition.

Cognitive capability is not only attributed to learning strategies, however, is directly linked with how:

  1. A mind is regulated (purpose)

  2. A body is fulled (plates with Omega’s)

  3. A body is moving (play)

If you’re feeling cognitively stretched, reach out to understand how 'p3' (purpose, plates & play) can be of service to you.

P.s - Make My Brain Boost Omega Recipe

Wild Salmon or Sustainably Sourced Salmon marinated in:

  • Crushed Activated Pistachios - activating nuts reduces the anti-nutrients acid and makes them easier to digest
